*\\Hiatus//* HIATUS... Coz of finals.. but on the 13th of October, I'll start blogging again.. coz that's the last day of my exams!! Yay!! Oh, to everyone who's reading this, jia you for finals ok? Especially sec 2s and 4s.. coz sec 2s got streaming, and sec 4s got 0's. Good luck!
*\\IAP//* Just came back from IAP dry cut/full-dress rehersal. It didn't really go very well.. But it's ok. I'm sure we can do it for actual IAP! Sorry Flora and Fadhilah.. I keep changing song.. *sticks out tongue* but this is really the last time, I promise! *grinn* And the Malay girls, stop cat-calling! I know I need to sing louder, but if I sing louder, then I'll be shouting liao! Anyway, I'm gonna have a mike on Monday.. so no worries lor. I hope we do well on Monday.. I like the quote on Yuting's blog.. ' I do not speak to ppl with intelligence below room temperature. Besides, your IQ is equivalent to that of the north and south pole. *\\Workshop//* Today got choir workshop. I LOVED IT! *hearts* Although we weren't the best.. but it's not about who is the best.. it's about learning from your mistakes and getting tips from other choirs! (talk about philosophical..) Anyway. We went to NYGH for the workshop, along with NYGchoir, Fairfield choir, Anderson choir, and about 7 boys from Chinese High. They looked so out of place among a ton of girls and not so many boys.. the girls far overpowered the boys! Hehe.. girl power! *grinn* Ok, shall cut the crap. I had so much fun today, especially during sectionals and combined TKGchoir. We were in their Chinese Orchestra room, which looks bigger than the Beethoven room, but I'm a baaaaaad judge of proportion.. *grinn* Thanks to Yu Yao and Genevieve, I was laughing almost all the way through Thank You For The Music. *starts laughing again at the memory* *goes on laughing* *chokes* Oh well, byebye! Gonna go laugh some more.. anyway, my father wants to use the com. Byebye..
*\\Choir//* My stomach got cramps again today during choir.. ='( But at least I still could sing. Sit down and sing lor.. But, surprisingly, no air when I sat down.. last time, when I sang sitting down, it's super airy.. *Shrugs* Anyway, today we did Ave Maria and one of the 2 Jap songs. Easier to learn than I expected.. I'm improving! *grinn* Haha.. BHB. After that, went to Parkway with Shilbe and Cerigwen. I separated from them at PP to meet Charlene and Joanni at MPH. Then bought drinks at Starbucks while waiting for Flora. She met us, then went to Macs to eat lunch. I got a shock there.. Why in the world did Fawn bring the keyboard to Macs??? OMG. When I first saw the keyboard there, I was like, what the? Never mind. Eat liao, then siam back to TKGS to do IAP. I stayed at TKGS practically half the day. We haven't finish the IAP stuff yet.. but gonna continue on Thurs, as well as a full-dress rehersal. *sticks out tongue* Anyway, that's all I've got to say.. byebye..
*\\Choir//* Just came back from choir.. And boy is my stomach hurting! I was ren-ing it throughout sectionals.. then near the end of choir I almost cannot tahan, so pressed my hand on my stomach and kept it there.. I actually sang like that. The jap song is actually not that hard, if you actually listen to it carefully and concentrate, as I found out. I haven't highlighted the scores yet.. gonna do it later. For now, after I finish blogging, gonna check Friendster. I am so damn heng today.. Managed to get Jacq and Julie to lend me their black pants. Now the 'F-cube' won't kill me.. coz they need 3 pairs of black pants by first day of term 4. I already borrowed Grace's pants. So thanks to the 3 of you! You saved my life.. Haha, exaggerating abit.. But you did save the emcees. Otherwise they'd have to rush out a new costume by first day of term 4. Thank you so much! *muacks.. bye!
*\\Science center//* Went to the Science Center just now. 9 1e9iners went.. Me, Charlene, Joanne, Li Qin, Poh Yi, Lynnette, Jialing, Meng Mei, and Daphne. I, Charlene, and Joanne practically walked around together for the whole trip.. and drove Ms Tan nuts on the way back. *evilgrinn* Charlene was listening to my hp ringtones almost the whole bus trip.. And I was going nuts too. *grinn* We basically drove each other nuts. I was laughing so much at Mac and during the show that Charlene thought I had a mental illness. The only illness I have is laugh-too-much syndrome. All of us were crazy anyway, so why bother. The show was *ahem* amusing.. especially *some* parts of it.. *cough-Charlene-cough* Anyway, feeling extremely irritable now.. dunno why, but I've been feeling not myself these days. Either laugh faaarrr too much, or get irritated at everything. ARGGHHH!! *pulls hair in frustration* Bye..
